My son started at Happy Days when we returned from living in USA, in 2003, and I became a Partner in the business with Dorothy Currie, the Founder of Happy Days, in 2006. 4 years later Dorothy retired and I became the proud Sole Owner! I trained as a Montessori Teacher many years ago, and although Happy Days isn’t a Montessori Nursery, I have tried to bring some of it’s ‘best bits’ along with other teaching philosophies into our settings.

If I’m not stood on the side of a football pitch at weekends I can be found either in my garden tending to my veggie patch, or in the kitchen baking!
